It's Memorial Day Weekend.  The Scriptures have a lot to say about remembering.  Why are we so prone to forget things that are true forever, and yet we remember and invest ourselves so easily in the trivial?  In 2 Peter chapter 1, the apostle Peter has a lot to say about remembering that will help us to "effective and productive" in our invitation into God's grace.  Give a listen... and then... don't forget what you hear!

The church is illustrated in the Bible as a family, a body, and as an army.  If you know Christ as Savior, you are a soldier in His army, and He is your commanding officer.  In celebration of Armed Forces Day and our freedom in Christ, how do we obtain the moral courage to follow our commander's will and way?
